EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We do gladly process exchanges on all full priced items as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging, and received back in our warehouse within 14 days of delivery to the customer. Returns are processed as a store credit within 2-3 business days after the return is delivered to our warehouse. All returns are subject to $5 restocking fee per pair returned and buyers are responsible for shipping the return back to us.

Lost packages - we are not responsible for any packages that show as Delivered on the tracking details page. The customer needs to deal with their local post office to investigate lost or stolen packages after they are delivered.

Please note that all sale and grab bag items are final sale and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
